健康素真澎湃-香芋焗鮮蔬

香芋焗鮮蔬

今天古錐師要帶來的素食料理,口感綿密中帶脆口感,而且香氣更是濃郁、外表看起來誘人!保證連吃葷的家人都會愛上喔!


所需材料:
芋頭200g、馬鈴薯200g、菜脯50g、花椰菜50g、乾香菇50g、起司絲100g、麵包粉50g
調味料:
糖1小匙、醬油2大匙、辣油1.5匙、橄欖油3大匙
做法:
1.馬鈴薯、菜脯切粒後洗淨;乾香菇泡發切粒;花椰菜切小朵備用。
2.芋頭切粗粒,洗淨備用。
3.取炒鍋,倒入橄欖油,加入芋頭粒炒至焦香(約5分鐘),再倒入馬鈴薯炒香(約3分鐘),下菜脯、香菇粒拌炒,下糖、醬油、辣油調味,再加入水稍淹過食材燒煮入味至熟,加入花椰菜拌炒,即可倒入烤盅。
4.再鋪上起司絲、麵包粉,入220度烤箱烤3分鐘即可。
