阿基師家常菜-蔭豉鮮蚵

蔭豉鮮蚵

所需材料:
生蚵300g、蒜苗3根、辣椒片2根、豆豉1大匙、蔥2根、豬板油75g、九層塔葉少許
調味料:
醬油1大匙、烏醋1小匙、糖1/2小匙、香油1/2大匙
做法:
1.豬板油切0.5公分的小丁;蔥、蒜苗切1公分粒狀備用。
2.煮一鍋滾水,關火後下生蚵,浸泡1分鐘至六分熟,撈出瀝乾備用。
3.起鍋,下豬板油丁炒出油,下豆豉炒香,下辣椒、蒜苗爆香,再下做法2輕輕的拌炒均勻。
4.承上,下醬油、糖調味,起鍋前下烏醋、蔥粒、九層塔葉、香油炒勻即可。
