電鍋男出好菜-紐奧良辣雞翅

紐奧良雞翅

所需材料:
二節翅10、麵包粉1小碗、檸檬1/2顆
醃料:
洋蔥泥10g、蒜頭泥10g、黑胡椒1小匙、鹽1小匙、米酒1大匙
調味料:
bb辣醬1大匙、辣椒粉1小匙、米酒1大匙
做法:
1.雞翅膀骨頭的凹處劃一刀,放到水晶碗中,下醃料拌一拌,抓入味後,下麵包粉抓勻。
2.取深平底鍋,下沙拉油,下做法1煎香,再倒入內鍋中。
3.取一水晶碗,下調味料拌勻,淋在做法2上,入電鍋煮1杯水。
4.起鍋後盛盤,擠上檸檬汁,再磨上檸檬皮屑裝飾提味。
