輕鬆煮尚健康-香根豬肉絲
所需材料:
豬梅花肉200g、豆干4塊、香菜1把、辣椒絲1根、蒜末1/2大匙
調味料:
糖1茶匙、醬油1/2大匙、醬油膏1/3大匙、香油1/2大匙
做法:
1.香菜摘除香菜油,留香菜梗切段備用。
2.豆干先切薄片,再切細絲狀,放入滾水中、加鹽汆燙,撈出瀝乾備用。
3.同上鍋滾水,下豬梅花肉塊汆燙定型後,撈出沖冷水後瀝乾,先切薄片,再切細絲狀備用。
4.取鍋,下做法3炒出香味後,下做法2炒香,下蒜末爆香,加3大匙的水炒勻,蓋上鍋蓋燜煮入味,再炒至收汁到剩於少許的水分,再下糖、醬油調味,下做法1、辣椒絲炒勻。
5.承上,下醬油膏炒勻即可。
