什麼！越南竟然有冬天？而且只有10度而已！
這次老詹在一月份來到越南的首都河內，體驗河內人冬天到底吃什麼。

河內人冬天也愛吃烏骨雞去寒，只不過很怪！
越南烏骨雞竟然不配飯、配河粉，只能搭配法國麵包吃才叫道地！？
【越南炸河粉】
河粉用炸的是什麼味道？
老詹說，吃起來外面酥脆像蝦餅，裡面Q彈有麻糬的口感。
來過很多次越南的他，第一次吃到炸河粉的感覺竟是：
原來，老天爺讓我再次踏上越南的目的，是為了跟炸河粉相遇啊！

真的不是台灣那樣!!
正宗越南羊肉爐，只有來越南才吃得到！
而且越南人吃羊肉爐一定有道菜叫做”烤羊奶”，
這羊奶不是用喝的是用烤的！
不只如此，居然還要搭配黃瓜、楊桃、香蕉？
這烤羊奶到底是什麼味道啊？
