   楼上的说的不完全对，虽然看上去像，但是上海现在独此一家了，上海的葱油饼传统的用的是猪油，不是熬出来的猪油，是真的有猪的肥膘+大量的葱，老板每天切葱就要花上三个小时了。

   四川到处的“软面锅魁”都是使用剁好的肥肉加上很多葱啦，可不是成都独有的“军屯锅魁”那样只有一点点馅而已
