So what would I use the Free 5.0 for? For me it’s a comfortable,
easy run shoe. I tend to run more minimal so the cushioning would
be fine for me for up to a marathon, but I would likely not use it for much over half marathon distance since the medial forefoot instability can sometimes cause hot-spot problems.
