就是要帶你衝到愛玩客嚴選的、全台最佳衝浪沙灘–宜蘭的蜜月灣！這裡可是台灣衝浪的起源地，雖然海灣不長，但是浪況多變、力道又帶勁，是衝浪玩家的最愛！

如果衝完浪肚子餓，附近也找得到好料！這家三十年的老店，在頭城無人不知、無人不曉，別看它外表不起眼，錯過了你一定會後悔～這家蔥油餅最特別的，就是外酥內軟的餅皮，老闆娘延續婆婆自創的做法，餅皮半煎半炸、打顆蛋後再加上一大坨產地直送、當天現切的鮮蔥，鮮甜的蔥汁和爽脆的口感完全被保留住，吃之前再刷上店家自製的甜味噌醬……厚！小編想到就要流口水啦～

如果蔥油餅還不能滿足你，往大里方向走到大溪漁港，保證你滿意！它是大台北許多海鮮餐廳最重要的供應地。以「俗擱大碗」的現撈漁貨聞名，在這裡甜蝦可以脫了殼就吃，超級新鮮的口感，就是愛玩客清涼消暑第二步──「脫」囉！

還有還有，花蓮有位陳大哥，手藝超好，被五星級飯店總裁嚴長壽先生稱為「不世出的天才」，還邀他到台北做飯店主廚～不嚐一次他的手藝，真的是白走人間一遭！最有趣的是，風趣的陳大哥愛開玩笑、常常鬼扯亂蓋，愛玩客清涼消暑的第三步──「蓋」，就由他來達成啦！

花蓮有一家民宿，外觀充滿了詭譎的氣氛，看起來根本像鬼屋！但是裡面超有個人風格的，所有牆面都是未經修飾的清水模水泥牆、看起來原始粗獷有個性；就連那爬滿了綠藤蔓的外牆，也是能減少日曬、降溫冷房的綠建築設計，住起來自然涼～夏天住這裡，保證有消暑！

想要降溫消暑，誰說只能去海邊？宜蘭南澳的金岳瀑布，被許多攝影師列為全台最美的溪谷，因為位處深山，加上必須溯溪才能抵達，外地遊客不多，超幽靜、不玩可惜啊！

金岳瀑布山腳下有家冰店，據說它的招牌冰吃了能充電？六○年代很多去花東傳福音的傳教士，都靠這碗冰來解救！這麼神奇的冰，怎麼能不去吃？
