   她年輕 可愛 不做作 有獨特風格 但是身為美籍華人 我要挑剔她的英語對話
   能力及發音 既然公認她主持的很棒 希望派她造訪一些不須講英文的國渡 ..

   廖苡喬不像鄧先生是美國人，生活在英語環境中，英語當然沒有你說得溜，
   她會出現英語語法或語調上的錯誤是情有可原的。
   再說，這語言的目的首在溝通，如果可以溝通，發音不準確，語法不正確，那又何妨？
   假使一個土生土長的美國人，學了一點華語，來到台灣，說著怪腔怪調的華語，
   我相信也能溝通，台灣人只會覺得有趣，沒有人會責怪他華語說得不好。
   這節目是服務台灣觀眾的，是行腳節目，不是英語教學節目。
   不是所有華人非得英語說得好才能主持在美國出外景的節目，
   你要求廖苡喬不要主持英語系國家外景的節目，我個人覺得，
   這個要求太過份，已經逾越了一個觀眾的本分，
   既使美國政府也不會這樣要求。
   難道你認為一個英語說的不夠好的華語主持人，讓你這個美籍華人覺得丟臉了？
   請不要以美國人的英語水平來要求一個華語節目，OK？
