這幾年大紅大紫的杜拜，其實從上個世紀七○年代開始就已經逐步規劃

當時的邦長拉希德，決定將小漁港開鑿成沙漠運河，成為世界最大的人工港時

杜拜人民一度懷疑，我們的邦長是不是瘋了？

事實證明，當年的荒漠如今成為世人望眼欲穿的奢華享受

但是你可能不知道，在高樓大廈，shopping mall林立的杜拜
