五代相傳、手工限定，荷來蘭第一味「燻鰻魚」在這裡！
愛玩客要在「荷蘭」插旗囉！歐元拚命跌，這時候遊歐洲可是最佳時機！苡喬踏上了擁有「歐洲花園之稱」的－荷蘭，其實正式名稱叫做「尼德蘭王國」。整個國土有四分之一低於海平面，所以又被稱做「低地國」！一踏上這個車比人多的「自行車」之都，四處滿滿滿都是「卡打車」，說真的有嚇到我。但走在路上穿梭身邊，人人都是騎著腳踏車。少了車子排放的廢氣，空氣格外清新，整個好感度大提升唷！
早上七點出發去，前往擁有「125個足球場大」的鮮花拍賣場看「龍」？！你也一定有聽沒有懂對吧！聽說這裡的「龍」不但「五顏六色」而且還會「活蹦亂跳」？！抓緊時間，我們快「抓龍去」，不對是尋找「彩色龍」啦！
根據長年在裡面工作的朋友我們，這一個開業百年的鮮花拍賣場除了是全世界最大的花卉拍賣中心，特別的是每天交易量達「幾千萬朵花」的拍賣方法竟然是「倒退走的時鐘」？！
騎腳踏車遊荷蘭是許多人推薦最夯也是最省錢的方式，幾乎每個城市一出火車站就會有出租店。不說你可能不知道，荷蘭人的腳踏車「煞車」是靠腳踏板控制，所以租車還分為「手煞車」和「腳煞車」二種。租的天數越長，價格當然相對便宜。不過令人想都想不到的是，在荷蘭騎腳踏車，「從小就要有執照」？！
這幾年大家很瘋「慢活」但我覺得荷蘭人真的發揮到極致！一台腳踏車ㄊㄨˋ全荷蘭，享受陽光、感受微風在肌膚上跳動的微妙感動。整個早上經歷了又驚又喜的「花轟體驗」，苡喬我還要帶你去吃在「牆壁裡的食物」補補元氣！
來到荷蘭有一個非去不可的城市－「沃倫丹」，不但有許多傳統的荷蘭式建築，
還有一項人氣火紅的「荷蘭第一味」！每天當日限定的「木燒燻鰻魚」，是許多人到沃倫丹指名「非吃不可」的第一名？！據說好吃的美味關鍵竟是「會跳舞的鰻魚」？！為何「鰻魚跳舞」卻引發「火燒厝」，讓苡喬我可嚇得亂竄並且尖叫連連呀！
什麼叫做「允指回味」？！這個「燻鰻魚」完全表現得很到位，和台灣截然不同的鮮吃法，每一口都是絕妙感受。連手指頭的油都不放過，那可真的是讓人「不吃會朝思暮想，吃到會發瘋跳不停」的極品美味！
你問我，有機會到沃倫丹到底是要吃，還是不要吃呢？！瘋癲了呀，當然是要大吃特吃一番呀，與其後悔，不如把握當下去享受囉！
這不就是旅行的意義嗎？！荷蘭的美，除了用照片記錄，也可以用味覺來記憶喔！
