這段期間我們親赴青海智喜學校 也經歷了八八水災的苦難

西恩：幾趟旅程後，我認為「多揹1公斤」並不是一個「行善比賽」，多揹1公斤的概念，是個結合旅人們的力量，攜些更有意義的物資，給予更需要的人，在旅遊之際，也能幫助他人外，更能增進與當地人的交流，這不也算是旅程的一部分嗎？
（的確，一連串的多揹一公斤活動，不管是徵文活動、節目外景、見面分享會，世界那麼大純粹希望可以拋磚引玉，把多揹一公斤的旅行意義介紹給大家，讓更多人可以多揹一公斤幫助需要的人，這次西恩到越南應該比較不會有超重費的問題了吧^^）
馬克瓶：ㄧ年ㄧ度的8月8日父親節，原本滿心歡喜的和樂融融氣氛，在百年洪災的肆虐下，多少家庭支離破碎，多少生命瞬間消逝，放眼望去的南台灣，滿目瘡痍。這一刻，大家更是該發揮「人溺己溺」的團結精神，有錢出錢、有利出力，把愛送到災區！
（台灣是我們的家，是我們的最愛，馬克瓶平常就關懷家園，更在第一時間呼籲大家發揮多揹一公斤的精神一起守護台灣，拯救地球。世界那麼大要送馬克瓶到越南去，繼續發揮鐵馬精神。）

三 活動辦法：完成三個簡單步驟，就可以獲得越南機票喔!!

報名者需在自己的部落格，以多揹一公斤的故事為主題，撰寫文章，字數不限，故事發生地點不限國外，也歡迎大家投稿張貼我們最愛的家鄉台灣需要多揹一公斤的故事！任何網站部落格皆可報名參加。
2.張貼〈串連貼紙〉：
請將世界那麼大官方部落格「多揹一公斤串連貼紙」，張貼在自己的部落格上並設定連結。
3.在世界那麼大官方部落格〈留下導言與個人部落格連結〉：
為了讓更多網友看見你的文章，請將你個人多揹一公斤的故事精簡為300字以內，在本網頁下方「利用回應方式」張貼，並且留下部落格連結位址。
四 評選與機票：
1.由世界那麼大製作團隊初選出10名入圍最佳故事。
2.邀請三立電視台監製、世界地理雜誌製作人，決選出最後3名得獎者。
3.最後3名得獎者可獲得〈台中-胡志明市〉來回機票乙張（不含兵稅、機場稅）。
4.得獎者將受邀參加2009年9月12日〈多揹一公斤的旅行 座談會〉。
