是的！這一回我們有活的衛星導航–仔仔，外加美食地圖的加持

兵分二路，要搜刮奇特的、美味的、迷人的‧‧‧超特色小吃！

哈爾濱是座新舊並存的城市，以中東鐵路為中心

以西稱為道里，以東稱為道外。道里新穎熱鬧，而道外有著老味道

因為哈爾濱曾經受過俄國侵略與占領，當時俄國人就是以道里為據點

將當地居民遷移至道外生活，道外是老哈爾濱人生活的重心

所以….想吃最地道最傳統最有特色的小吃，就要從道外出發

第一站要推薦給大家的是 百年老舖–張包鋪

哈爾濱張包鋪胡同

【以張包鋪的店名來命名胡同的名字，薑是老得辣！】

不誇張，來到張包鋪，你只能以大排長龍來形容

張包鋪是道外區最早開業的的小吃店鋪，雖然幾經轉手，但是火紅的程度仍舊不減

而且整家店只賣兩種口味的包子，大家都是慕名而來

包子好吃的關鍵除了皮厚香Q，最重要的就是內餡~~~~~~~~~

老闆娘即將公開她的包子製作秘密唷！

緊接著第二站我們來到罈肉館

這間店的特色就是沒有菜單，客人呢是以實體菜色來點菜

而且上門用餐的幾乎以熟客居多，老顧客當然知道哪些是招牌菜囉

罈肉、醬豬手、酸白菜是鎮店三寶，是必點的菜餚

酸白菜還是老闆親手醃漬的呢！這裡我們也將首度公開酸白菜的製作‧‧‧
