土耳其什麼最多？就我們的觀察就是清真寺了！由於土耳其大約有百分之九十九的人民都信奉伊斯蘭

教，虔誠的教徒一天會向真主祈禱多達五次，走在伊斯坦堡城內，不論是在等車、逛街隨時都可能聽

見路上廣播寺裡傳出來的誦經聲，這對於當地人民來說不足為奇，但是身為異教徒的我們卻是很不習

慣呢！

 

說到土耳其最有名的清真寺就一定要介紹「藍色清真寺」，由於它的內部舖的是藍色磁磚而得名。清

真寺給人印象最深刻的就是一座座的尖塔，據說越多尖塔代表主政者的位高權重，而藍色清真寺擁有

世界唯一的六座尖塔，是到伊斯坦堡絕對要參觀的景點之一。

 

 

 

還有一樣是你來到土耳其絕對不能錯過的，聽說土耳其人每周都要去好幾次，那就是TURKISH BATH

在偌大的浴場裡一定有個持續在加溫的大理石，平躺在石板上看著圓頂鑿洞撒下的光芒，彷彿在做著某

種宗教儀式，接著工作人員會給你從頭到腳的泡泡浴，拋開想像中溫柔的SPA，那絕對和土耳其浴無關

，最後還會來一盆冷水，讓你整個人都精神抖擻起來!

在這裡要為大家介紹土耳其歐陸區的Ortaköy，廚餘小組很喜歡能散步在海邊、看著博斯普魯斯

大橋，充滿歐洲風味的度假風情，岸邊林立許多露天咖啡座，當然這裡不只喝咖啡享受情調，街

邊一攤攤色彩繽紛的小販能提供點心溫飽你的肚子，尤其是女生朋友們…來看看這裡有什麼吧!

         

 

不論是鬆餅還是幾乎和臉一樣大的烤洋芋，都有千變萬化的料可以隨意加，而且都不用再多收錢

呦！光是鬆餅的新鮮草莓淋上巧克力醬，最後再擠上鮮奶油點綴，就已經讓人受不了囉!不過想

要去伊斯坦堡的旅客們要準備好白花花的銀兩，這裡的物價實在不便宜，一個鬆餅要價七里拉…

大約是台幣210塊錢，想加的餡料就盡管加吧！

 

另外，土耳其的乳酪和冰淇淋也不能錯過！外景隊來到一家名為VAN的早餐店，VAN是土耳其

東部的一個城市，這裡出產的乳酪非常有名，不過羊乳酪加大蒜你能想像是什麼味道嗎？蜂蜜加

奶酪吃起來卻像是蛋糕般綿密？
