詹姆士跟喬喬，要從東北最大的火車站‧仙台出發，GB將帶著兩人挑買鐵路便當，不過…在火車上吃便當的時候，詹姆士所挑選的牛舌便當，居然還可以瞬間變身！？嚇得詹姆士直跳腳…，而GB將自己預定的便當一拿出來，馬上就遭到大家搶食！日本鐵路便當的魅力，真的不容小覷喔…美景配美食，鐵道旅行開跑嚕～

 

鯊魚肉徹底開發　魚翅身價在這裡很親民

氣仙沼，是日本宮城海岸線上的鯊魚重地，在氣仙沼港所捕獲的鯊魚量，在每年五～八月的旺季每個月就有兩千多噸的鯊魚進港，空地上幾乎都堆滿了鯊魚…。

 

 

 

詹姆士跟喬喬從氣仙沼海鮮市場，開始進行鯊魚料理大搜索，除了有喝不完的魚翅湯，還有鯊魚肉漢堡、魚翅冰淇淋、魚翅拉麵、鯊魚肉香腸…等等。不過…在充滿鯊魚肉的海鮮市場中，鯊魚心臟的吃法，讓詹姆士跟喬喬都想要逃離現場…。

GB將說，在仙台有一個人一定要認識，因為在大街小巷的招牌上，都會看到他的名字─伊達政宗‧仙台建城大將軍。而這個將軍有款最愛的點心流入民間老百姓，現在，由御膳房師傅的子孫將這個歷史名物發揚光大，正在找傳人的老師傅，也親自測試喬喬製作甜點的手藝喔！

    好久沒看美食大三通了,這次看了日本篇還是想搖頭嘆氣!唉!沒了曾國城的美食大三通真的是慘不人賭,本集精采預告唸的一一二二,完全不到味,既然沒了曾國城為什麼還要搞這種東西給夏雨喬唸呢??慘!!再來自以為幽默好笑的旁白真的很冷,他們既然不是曾國城,就不能好好的介紹嗎?這樣的旁白只是更突顯兩位"不用功特派員"的缺點.我們全家人一直很喜歡三立電視台的世界地理雜誌系列,因為是很好的教育教材,不過看到別的節目幾乎是同期進來的新主持人櫻文或是育勝進步神速,能言之有物的獨當一面,相較之下,你們的"不用功特派員"到底要撐到什麼時候才肯換人呢?如果國外的美食節目就只會吃,只會形容口感,只會睜大眼睛的說嗯!好吃!那何必浪費經費出國呢?

    日本人真的很會搞便當
    每個車站每個小鎮都可以發展自己的特色便當
    最厲害的是，還都蠻好吃的
