前往仙台市東北方的女川港，

出海搜捕日本討海人傳說中的『海中鳳梨‧海鞘』！

 

 

經驗豐富的漁夫帶領著詹姆士與喬喬，一起體會海中鳳梨大豐收的快感！

在船上，老漁夫還當場現剖海鳳梨給大家嚐嚐鮮喔。

 

 

 

海鞘，是每年夏天女川港重要的海鮮採收角色，在女川人心目中更是海鮮珍味代表之一，因此，海鞘在女川的婆婆媽媽的調教之下，發展出許多家常料理喔。

 

      

 

廟口小吃 敦厚人情是最佳調味！

 

GB將帶著喬喬前往位在宮城縣西北方的「極樂山西方寺」，見識一下日本人的廟口小吃，一攤攤吃巧不吃飽的小吃：炭烤麻糬丸子讓GB將想到童年的生活…；蒟蒻串婆婆的善良貼心，讓攝影師都拍到鼻酸…；代表宮城米精神的香烤飯糰，讓喬喬一聞就立正站好…。還有，金黃燦爛的あぶらあげ在廟口百年屹立，蒐集來自海內外各地信徒的故事…。

 

 

 

 

在一攤攤廟口小吃裡，最美麗難忘的不只是烹調出來的香氣，更是…滿滿暖暖厚厚燒燒的人情滋味…。

 

 

 

仙台一番特產‧牛舌料理!!!

 

仙台人吃牛舌的功力可說是相當了得，每間牛舌店還有各式各樣的牛舌禮盒給大家當作伴手禮：日式鹽味牛舌、味噌牛舌，美式漢堡用牛舌，炒菜、炒飯用牛舌…。

 

 

 

 

這次，詹姆士跟喬喬要給大家介紹的，就是滿滿一桌的牛舌料理！仙台人料理牛舌採取因材施教的方法，各個部位順應牛舌天生的性格，作出不同的菜餚，將牛舌的好味道推到極致喔！

    看著喬喬的進不~從一開始主持每十節目不太會說話的樣子，自從聽喬喬說妳去演舞台劇"六義幫"，到現在主持美食節目喬喬的對答自流的模樣讓我看了又高興又歡樂的模樣，實在覺得這個才是我喜歡的喬喬的唷
