    有机会的话，我也很想跟姆士老哥切磋下，听说姆士老哥来广西了，广西自古号称有10万大山，如果有机会的话可以去到融水的苗族自治区里，到山里面去，哪里有很多不错的美食，比如虫茶，血灌汤，辣椒骨，只不过现在不是节气，可惜吃不到水牛头！希望姆士老哥在广西玩的开心啊，我倒是有个问题想问问詹姆士老哥，姆士老哥是一个厨师，看到新奇的食材没有自己想动手的料理的冲动吗？还有就是姆士老哥，有料理过满汉全席里的四八珍吗？

    那好吧，我们的乔乔加油，乔乔拿的那个是鸭嘴鱼吧，跟中华鲟是同科的，肉质鲜美细嫩，而且骨少，骨脆透明，如果厨师处理得好，可以做一次吃鱼不吐骨头啊，用磳蹦鲤鱼的做法不错，但是肉质的鲜美细嫩就浪费了，多数这种鱼都是水煮和红烧的多，以鲜汤或者浓酱来承托肉的鲜美细嫩！看乔乔连鸭嘴都吃了！
