美食大三通 ＠三立

2011年 04月09日 【葉文正╱台北報導】三立《美食大三通》主持人詹姆士跟夏于喬，日前為節目跑到南美洲的祕魯出外景，兩人不但吃下生平第一隻「炸天竺鼠」，還喝了「鮮榨青蛙汁」，詹姆士說：「天竺鼠長30公分，炸好後真的還蠻大隻的，還不錯吃！」

親手油炸天竺鼠

青蛙汁與天竺鼠是祕魯國民美食，當地人會先將天竺鼠除毛、摘除內臟，夏于喬說：「詹哥一面裹粉，我就一面尖叫。」後來去造訪賣青蛙汁的店，他說：「材料有酒跟十幾種藥材，青蛙最後放，打成汁後，我跟夏于喬都喝了，我喝比較多，一回車上全身發熱。」
在電視播烹煮天竺鼠這些可愛的動物，難道不怕保育人士跟觀眾抗議？三立節目部監製黃曉玫表示：「這些食物在祕魯已有百年歷史，我們只是入境隨俗。」
