說到四川小吃，多到眼花撩亂讓你無法在短時間內做出最好的選擇，即使是廚餘處理小組導演及企劃小編，當了半個月的四川人，並以每天趕場馬不停蹄採地毯式的搜索，也還沒有把道地的四川味通通記下來，以下出現的小吃只是美食大三通小組為大家做的精選，當然也代表這就是團隊大家在內地拍攝收工後，除了麻辣鍋、大桌合菜之外的另外選擇。
甜水麵這個名字，在小編第一次聽到但還不見廬山真面目時，以為它是個點心(見上圖2)，第一次和它相會是在和導演勘景(編按:即節目攝影團隊來之前的前製作業)的某一天中午，由於所在地已超出成都吃不飽導遊-都都的覓食勢力範圍，至於都都的吃不飽號稱絕不是我憑空捏造，詳情請收看節目，下面也會有照片為證，既然都都的美食GPS也失效，咱們就胡亂在附近找了間不知名的餐館圖個溫飽，誰知道小編和甜水麵的初次見面就被它給毀了，一碗麵怎麼能那麼難嚼，既硬又沒味道，套句詹姆士的口頭禪…”像在咬輪胎”，而且甜水麵吃起來不是很甜，麻辣的感覺卻越來越霸道，在嘴裡蔓延開來，吃到後面竟然有失去味覺的麻痺感，天哪!我內心一驚，這就是都都成天嚷著要帶我們去吃的甜水麵嗎？不過看到這邊如果你以為廚餘處理小組寫這篇四川味停不了口卻是在大加撻伐走味的小吃，那你就錯了，小編在這裡得到的一個教訓就是，吃東西千萬要慎選，就跟女生選老公一樣那麼的重要，會影響你一輩子的喔！
接下來當然要為甜水麵做個平復的正面報導，除了上一篇詹姆士文中提到的小吃細節王-肥腸粉，這個甜水麵是小編在四川發現的正餐兼點心最佳代表，節目中介紹的好吃甜水麵位於文殊院街上，就在文殊院的正對面，據說這家是成都人都知道、也是陪著他們長大的老店舖，小編在這裡和甜水麵有個浪漫又喜孜孜的重逢，好吃的甜水麵既Q又彈牙，正確來說口感其實和刀削麵相似度很高，需要一點力道來咀嚼，但是花生粉、芝麻、薑、花椒和特調辣醬的香氣在口中繚繞不去，溫潤的口感層次一點也不霸道，（原來真正好吃的甜水麵是這個樣子的啊！）如果天氣熱食慾不好，來一碗甜水麵，甜甜辣辣的刺激，吃起來也會有飽足感，推薦給和小編一樣喜歡甜食的女生。

這一道小吃也是都都的真心推薦，缽缽雞顧名思義就是把雞放在一個一個的缽裡販賣，不過為了要找到這個擺在小巷子裡的美味，導演和企劃小編跑了好幾趟，不是下雨天沒擺就是遇到成都市衛生檢驗不能做生意，這種得來不意的結果通常也都是最可貴的，至於我們為什麼要不辭勞苦的找這個小吃呢？答案是因為它的販賣方式在台灣是絕對找不到的！你能想像一大鍋的滷味、麻辣燙放在桌上，一堆不認識、來路不明的男女老少，和你坐在一起共同分享那鍋食物嗎？說不定想要的雞皮串、雞屁股就正好在不認識的某個帥哥美女眼前，怎麼好放下身段說出口＂不好意思，可以幫我拿雞屁股嗎?＂哇~太可怕了，光是想到這樣的畫面就無法容忍，更何況是大家在鍋子裡挑來撿去，尤其台灣人最介意大家在同一盤菜裡洗筷子，這點禮貌我們可是從小就在學習，那麼…成都人到底是怎麼公家吃缽缽雞的呢?
