美食大三通 ＠三立



已飢方食，未飽先止，散步逍遙，務令腹空。
當腹空時，即便入室，不拘晝夜，坐臥自便，惟在攝身，使如木偶。
常自念言：「我今此身，若少動搖，如毫髮許，便墮地獄，
如商君法，如孫武令，事在必行，有死無犯。」
又用佛語，及老聃語，視鼻端自數出入息，綿綿若存。用之不勤，
數至數百，此心寂然，此身兀然，與虛空等，不煩禁制，自然不動。
數至數千，或不能數，則有一法，強名曰隨，
與息俱出，復與俱入，隨之不已，
一旦自住，不出不入，忽覺此息，從毛竅中，八萬四千，雲蒸雨散，
無始以來，諸病自除，諸障自滅，定能慧生。
譬如盲人，忽然有眼，此時何用，求人指路，是故老人，言盡於此。


相傳為宋朝蘇東坡所作，為養生及靜坐的生活原則，全篇精意則待高人詳解
