讓詹姆士和喬喬不惜走斷腿,也要深入山區部落追尋線索..

你有聽過灰燼能做食物嗎?

你猜得到灰燼能做出什麼樣的美食嗎?

在台灣人的印象裡,也許有喝符水這樣的傳統習俗,

而在峇里島這裡,他們則有用灰燼做成的傳統食物。

只不過…像我們燒金紙一樣的 ”灰燼” 能吃嗎?

峇里島人要拿灰燼來涼拌?做燒烤醬?還是煮湯?

 

我們從老一輩的峇里島人口中得知,

用灰燼做料理是中部傳出來的做法。

於是喬喬決定到火山區尋找線索,

也許從火山灰燼下手會有一些收穫,

至於詹姆士則打聽到中部稻田區有位專做峇里島食物的老師,

也許跟他打聽會有灰燼料理的下落…
