發刊詞

以前有這種東西，報章雜誌的創刊上，都要有一篇捨我其誰的發刊詞，告訴讀者我不是出來印報紙印雜誌賺錢，是因為社會需要這樣的刊物，是因為人民缺少這樣的素材，最有印象的就是孫中山先生的民報發刊詞，應該有史以來的發刊詞也只有這一篇流傳至今，不過應該只有年過40的人會有印象吧！總覺得有一天也要來寫個發刊詞，除了這次，應該再也不會有機會了…

至於為什麼要刊載「製作人的工作匯報」呢？因為啊，孫中山先生在「民報發刊詞」裡說廿世紀不得不為民生主義之擅場時代也；而我個人自我感覺廿一世紀的電視節目不得不為一個互動的時代，開放的時代，集思廣義的時代，大家可以來聊的時代。所以，就由這個節目裡最沒有實際用途，最食之無味棄之也不太可惜的製作人，來跟廣大的群眾互動，眾眾人之志，成節目之城…以上為發刊詞。

以下開始工作匯報

● 面臨網路上日漸眾多各路門派的盛情邀約，讓我對於下半年度的外景地點舉棋不定，這些都是熱愛美食大三通節目的好友，有Effie推薦湖南；有貴州豆漿油條邀請我們去避暑；有魔の道化師（請問是出自何處啊？）拿出酆都來挑逗我們；陜西也經常被提起；還有認真的Lucy詳盡整理了南京的地道美食，更願意挑戰一日美食導遊…對於這些朋友的的提議，我只有開誠佈公在會議中進行投票，結果…沒有結果。每個地點都獲得全體一致起立贊成…只是…出發日期就未定囉。

● 本週的例行製作會議中，有一個提案又被拿出來討論，這個提案不斷地被提出，被否決，被提出，又被否決，前前後後不下十次了，那就是「北歐」。說起北歐，一直是美食節目的痛處，因為根據我們手邊掌握的資料，北歐由於氣候嚴寒物產較少，在飲食文化的領域裡算是花色比較單純的，再加上從臺灣飛往北歐的機票價格…還有當地那媲美王子與公主的豪門物價水平，「北歐」在這次的會議中再一次領到紅牌出場。Red Card～

● 另一個決議，就是……我知道很多人聽完之後會很有意見，我還是決定先跟大家分享，就是11月外景組將會前往「日本九州」。覺得美食大三通太常去日本的朋友，請先冷靜；喜歡日本美食的朋友請先微笑！你們知道嗎？因為部落格裡對日本的兩極化反應，導致我們的會議進行非常的冗長…最後我們翻開那本老舊的「外景登記簿」，發現上一次前往日本錄影，已經是2009年6月的靜岡之行…然後，在和樂融洽的氣氛之下，大家鼓掌通過。

臨時動議

七月份從四川外景回來之後，我發現整個團隊的口味出現嚴重的矛盾，擔當四川外景的導演跟企劃，每天的午餐用餐回到辦公室，總是跟著濃濃的麻辣氣味，在討論各地區飲食特色的會議中，一直無法擺脫對麻辣的欲望，很難客觀的看待其他口味的食物，對於他們的專業判斷產生致命的影響。其實我個人從四川回來後也有半個月的時間眼裡只有紅色，嘴裡只有花椒，連台灣最道地的蚵仔麵線都覺得清淡，後來進入勒戒中心，跟著媽媽吃素三天…在母親的管束以及家人的勸說之下，終於得以從麻辣的成癮性中解脫。目前正在思考是否要對那兩位同仁採取同樣的方式，再觀察兩天好了。
