與息俱出，復與俱入，隨之不已，
一旦自住，不出不入，忽覺此息，從毛竅中，八萬四千，雲蒸雨散，
無始以來，諸病自除，諸障自滅，定能慧生。
譬如盲人，忽然有眼，此時何用，求人指路，是故老人，言盡於此。

相傳為宋朝蘇東坡所作，為養生及靜坐的生活原則，全篇精意則待高人詳解
