埃及人的早餐街非常豐富，有肉嫩多汁的埃及沙威瑪，有餡料多到像自助餐的口袋包，有埃式傳統代表的酥皮麵包，也有長相特殊份量十足的可沙利…….。埃及人很喜歡在用早餐的時候來一杯濃到不加一滴水的「純芒果汁」，也喜歡喝一杯養生味十足的「黑抹抹果汁」，不過…想來試試埃及早餐的朋友要注意！因為古埃及人以前只有吃兩餐的習慣，所以造成現在埃及人用餐的時間出現了大混亂，通常中午１２點前後才是早餐街最熱鬧的時段喔！

 

如果說到最能代表埃及風味的料理，那絕對不能錯過埃及烤肉全餐，因為埃及人對烤肉的講究可說是一板一眼，什麼肉要用什麼香料，都有一定的規矩！另外，埃及人每餐都少不了的烤餅，吃起來香酥可口但是做起來卻大不容易，而且最誇張的是，喬喬竟然連麵團都拿不起來！

 

最後我們要去品嚐埃及人最愛的「甜點」，聽說是它對埃及人來說象徵著快樂，不論是慶祝或是辦喜事，都一定少不了甜點，而且每年到了最重要的日子，齋月和穆罕默德生日的時候，家家戶戶更是有準備大量甜點的習俗。據說，每一種甜點的背後都還有一個神秘的典故呢！
