現在正在將蝦泥、花枝泥包裹在筊白筍上

 

 

作此道料理選擇筊白筍的外型很重要

雖然敢當種肥肥白白脆脆的

但是為了包裹方便

建議選擇較瘦高型的,對了

像阿宏師這種最好

 

 

完成囉!先拍個照先,誰都不準先吃喔

 

哇!現在想到都會流口水的一道菜

甜甜微酸的橙汁恰到好處

大口咬下還有脆甜的筊白筍

融合著蝦泥的清香

 

 

做個擺飾,讓每條退都排排站,像不像選美大會呢

 

 

 

橙汁美人腿

材料

製作流程

1.茭白筍6支

2.草蝦仁200g

3.花枝肉200g

4.綠花椰菜300g

5.柳橙1個

1.草蝦仁、花枝肉剁泥>加入調味>拌成餡料

2.茭白筍去皮>用拌好的蝦泥包裹茭白筍

3.抓住茭白筍尾端,下油鍋炸3~4分鐘

4.柳橙擠汁>下鍋燒>加少許鹽、糖調味>用少許太白粉勾芡

5.綠花椰菜>燙熟>調味>擺盤

2. 香菇粉

3. 白糖

4. 胡椒粉

5. 酒

6. 太白粉

7. 香油
