小故事：

王子麵店在台東已經賣了40幾年，是在地人最愛吃的麵攤之ㄧ

本來是一個沒有招牌、沒有店名的小麵攤，

卻因為幾年前市政府要做刊物，官員想說沒有名字很難介紹，

於是就起了個”王子意麵”，現在交由第三代的兒子負責管理，

年輕的身影，說是王子也不為過喔！

這次能突破頭家、頭家嬤的心防，讓他們接受採訪，

真的要感謝小王子的熱情，有您一句話，
