    店家的作法不會全告訴我們 我們只知道高麗菜+紅蘿蔔絲+白醋+紅辣椒→拌勻變軟後蓋上店家自己做的塑膠袋似的透明蓋子→放置天熱6小時天冷最少要12小時以上！

    5/3晚上吃到豪記臭豆腐了 ！人超多的，排隊等候了一會，鴨血不賴 脆皮臭豆腐很好吃，清蒸中辣臭豆腐更好吃，不過吃完後跟這張臉差不多紅嘍！ ，好
