是滴！板橋的觀眾朋友以及大台北地區的客人有福啦！

咱們”料理補習班”這回來到板橋華江市場，將平凡的炒麵、炒米粉、炒冬粉

改造成令人垂涎三尺的美味料理，

拍攝時間在96年12月6日，

製作小組於12月底，再度電聯老闆，詢問工作情形及販售情形，

沒想到得到了令我們振奮的答案，

老闆不僅按部就班，照陳麗如老師的做法來製作，

他的生意更是三級跳

原本一天只有一千多元，

現在改變了新做法，生意真的是蒸蒸日上呢！

除了替他感到開心，也要謝謝無私的陳麗如老師，

傾囊相授料理秘訣 (本集相關秘訣將另行公佈，請期待)

當然，老闆的堅持及努力，才是成功的不二法門！

    凡是只出一張嘴而已
    所以
    不太可能自己動手做啦

    不過
    "阿GI塞"搞不好會做給我們吃喔
    同事的媽叫"阿枝"
    是貴節目的忠實觀眾
    更是阿基師的超級粉絲
    看完節目後大多會動手試做

    因為醬ㄚ山也嚐過不少經貴節目改造過的料理呢

    因為基&枝閩南語發音相同
    因此
    戲稱同事媽媽是我們的"阿GI塞"
