這禮拜的鳳中奇緣
要帶大家回到早期原始農業時代

除了辛苦的農夫們在稻田裡忙碌著
我們還發現一群可愛勤奮工作的
小鴨子

牠們就是本週鳳中奇緣的主要食材-【稻耕鴨】啦~

稻耕鴨是近年來苗栗苑裡農民們
用來取代農藥傳統的耕田法
鴨子本身肉質鮮甜..不會生蛋繁殖…
被喻為高經濟價值的鴨
只要在烹調上稍做變化..便能提高當地農民的收入

本週5/15( 四)鳳中奇緣
首度嘗試讓中西兩大名廚-阿宏師跟阿欽師

用各自擅長的料理手法..要讓鴨子大變身啦!

中餐教主-阿宏師將利用
稻耕鴨的骨頭熬出香甜濃郁的湯底
和火炎山出產的鴨耕米做結合
加入些許皮蛋..廣式風味滑溜順口的鴨骨粥就完成了

鴨肉料理當然不能少..
阿宏師要用客家鹹湯圓
來消除大家對鴨肉吃起來乾澀的刻板印象

此外
桶仔雞常吃到..不過咱們西餐王子-阿欽師
要教大家如何用沙拉油桶
烤出美味的鄉村料理–芋香桶仔鴨
