是滴!板橋的觀眾朋友以及大台北地區的客人有福啦!
咱們”料理補習班”這回來到板橋華江市場,將平凡的炒麵、炒米粉、炒冬粉
改造成令人垂涎三尺的美味料理,
拍攝時間在96年12月6日,
製作小組於12月底,再度電聯老闆,詢問工作情形及販售情形,
沒想到得到了令我們振奮的答案,
老闆不僅按部就班,照陳麗如老師的做法來製作,
他的生意更是三級跳
原本一天只有一千多元,
現在改變了新做法,生意真的是蒸蒸日上呢!
除了替他感到開心,也要謝謝無私的陳麗如老師,
傾囊相授料理秘訣 (本集相關秘訣將另行公佈,請期待)
當然,老闆的堅持及努力,才是成功的不二法門!
