佛羅倫斯老橋

TOSCANA 是義大利中部的一個省區，拜「托斯卡尼艷陽下」這部電影之賜，在國內引起了熱烈討論，不過這個擁有綿延起伏丘陵、滿地遍佈葡萄園和花田的地區，一直以來都是文人和世界富豪的渡假勝地，相信我，在托斯卡尼蜿蜒的小徑裡就算迷路，你也會很慶幸，這裡的美景，每一處、每個角落，都不會讓你感覺孤獨。

在這樣陽光充足氣候怡人的地方，孕育出許多令人稱羨的美食極品，當然美食大三通的腳步就是追隨著這些美味而來，詹姆士這一次接獲的任務，是要在托斯卡尼辦婚禮？

托斯卡那的風景就是那麼漂亮，隨便一拍都可以當成明信片 ! 不過這一次可憐的詹姆士可沒有時間停下來好好欣賞，大家都知道要辦一場婚禮是多麼傷神的，有結過婚的朋友都能體會啦！而今天我們要為美食界的兩大明星＂牛肉＂及＂紅酒＂促成姻緣，也就是美食中常拿來形容的marriage。佛羅倫斯的牛排因為體積龐大，加上口感質地肥美而享譽國際，再告訴大家一個有趣的說法，聽說Italy這個字其實就代表「小牛的樂園」的意思，這樣你應該可以想像這裡的牛排有多令人垂涎了吧！

義大利人也吃豬脂肪?　

懂得吃的老饕應該都知道，好的牛排不需要加入一些會破壞原味的香料，而托斯卡尼省這裡的牛肉就是採用最原始的吃法，但是這一家餐廳… 卻在完美的牛肉上面做了一些手腳喔! 不過這一道手續可是讓詹姆士吃到口水都噴出來了~ 還有還有，小編在這裡要和大家分享另一樣我的最愛，也是拍攝時讓詹姆士和天慧為之瘋狂的- Cheese cake，可惜的是它不會在節目中出現啊! 義大利這裡的甜點不像法國或是日本，把甜品當成藝術品在做，他們不在乎外型，但是卻有非常驚人的內在，簡單來說就像是媽媽做出來的家常點心，下面有圖為證喔! 喜歡吃點心的朋友們，對不起啦…只能讓你們飽飽眼福> <

迷迭香插在屁股上?

這次的佛羅倫斯牛肉和Chianti酒區產的紅酒，在我們的促成下，終於要結成連理了，而婚宴會場就在一間肉舖，不過肉舖的老闆很有想法，將肉舖布置的就像是書店，你看過買肉的現場可以品紅酒、吃小點心加上聽古典樂嗎？老闆愛牛肉的程度根本就把牛肉當作兒子一樣，邊親邊切肉，不要懷疑，他就是這樣一個熱情又古怪的人！

老闆店裡研發出了各種牛肉料理，不過有一道料理叫做＂迷迭香插在屁股上＂？而且這位可愛的老闆吃起料理表情比詹姆士還誇張，直說這道屁股上的料理深得客人喜愛，到底這是一道什麼樣的料理呢？為什麼會有這樣古怪的名字？
