美食名嘴詹姆士從三百多集的美食大三通裡

挑選出全球十大最想吃海鮮特輯 

 

這十大海鮮網羅了來自寒冷的北海，南印度洋，太平洋黑潮流域，中國南海…遍及全球各大嗜吃海鮮的民族，詹姆士說「剛拿到節目播出過的海鮮list，我有點傻眼，那麼多的海鮮只能挑十大，實在很折磨…」

爲了讓觀眾看到更廣泛的海鮮料理，製作單位特別請詹姆士每個國家只能選出一種，他說「有些靠海國家吃海鮮的實力真的很強，像是日本啊…東南亞啊…只能選一樣實在很傷腦筋，因為每個都很經典啊」。在詹姆士挑選的同時，製作單位也傳真了一份相同的海鮮List給詹姆士的搭檔喬喬，請她也提供一些意見，喬喬說「還好是由詹姆是來挑選十大，這個工作對我還說實在太困難，因為我參與節目才一年多，每一樣我都想去吃。」喬喬最後傳真了一份她個人最想吃的海鮮名單給製作單位，結果跟詹姆是最後挑選出的名單，居然……
