以下工作匯報

甲.
有關美食攝影展之情事，有鑒於大家熱情的參與，目前正情商動畫人員製作精美的攝影展「動態相框」，讓大家的美食照片可以更美的展示，所以有大約四個星期的暫停，有寄照片來的朋友，請您放心，我們會慢慢將您的作品放上節目喔，雖然每一張只有短短的五秒，但是代表我們與大家同在的精神啦。

在台灣，新聞上常常看到所謂的「人肉搜查事件」，只要有人做出有違善良風俗，或是損人利己的行為，只要一段影片或一張模糊的照片，馬上透過網路的力量，就能把這個傢伙找出來，這幾年網路的力量紮得更深更透了。美食大三通最近就深深有感，我們在知名（已經拍成電影）的社群網站發表了對馬來西亞某種美味淡水魚的一點私心，想不到竟然引起一連串的迴響，馬來西亞的朋友們原來都是美食專家，不到三分鐘的時間，名為「忘不了」（Empurau）的高貴美味魚種，在網友的描述下栩栩如生躍然紙上，讓廚餘處理小組們欲啖之而後快，一場「魚肉搜查事件」就此展開。不過，同時也帶來了一個令人不快的訊息，就是這種魚的身價，魚如其名貴得令人忘不了，聽說1kg可以喊價到1500馬幣，比我們在斯里蘭卡的大手筆龍蝦還貴上五倍，經過幾天的打聽，我們決定揮一揮手跟忘不了說再見，馬來西亞的美食很多，少了忘不了，我們還是可以找到很多令人忘不了的美食。就在我們已經放棄之後的兩天，廚餘處理小組桌上的「當事人澄清專線」突然響了起來，原來是「陸委會」輾轉獲得這個訊息（註.陸海空三棲美食調查委員會）…以下刪除65字…馬來西亞的廚藝界前輩願意協助美食大三通拍攝「忘不了」，邀請我們帶著兩位主持人一起去試試手氣，尋找野生的「忘不了」。幾分鐘之後，整件事就這麼敲定，美食大三通首度網路「魚肉搜查事件」告一段落。眾志成城的力量果然驚人，懷著感謝的心情，我們感受到觀眾的POWER，也覺得透過網路把觀眾一起拉進節目來，會是未來持續關注的方式。

日昨與詹姆士開會研討日本宮崎與鹿兒島的拍攝，對於日本料理的表現方式有很多討論，姆士老師說了一段令人茅塞頓開的話，讓廚餘處理小組終於理解日本美食的精髓，也給了這一趟日本外景的拍攝與表現定了調。姆士老師說「日本料理最重要的部份，不是刀工，不是醬料，不是手法，不是火侯…日本美食最動人的味道，不僅僅是廚房調理出來的，而是土地栽培出來的，日本人稱之為『地味』…所以在日本的市場，最重要的標示就是產地…產地代表著食材的獨特味道…」姆士兄對於日本料理的精闢觀念，讓我們找到拍攝日本美食的切入點！當然囉，「觀念」要轉變成好看的節目，就是考驗廚餘處裡小組的能耐囉…
