這一次的關島美食行，城城要從關島最老的城市─亞加納(Agana)出發，
前往關島最大的漁獲專賣店，大玩試吃遊戲，
還在夜市攤裡，嚐遍島國人民稀奇古怪的傳統點心。
不過，在一位查莫洛大廚的指導下，
城城親自動刀〝解剖〞他最愛的海鮮食材，
為美食料理獻上最讓人頭皮發麻的精采演出！
★ 關島人吃沙西米 搞出啥花樣？
起個一大早，城城來到關島人採買海鮮的機要重地─Fishermen漁獲店，在這裡，老闆Michael推薦來自各地的沙西米吃法，除了傳統的日式WASABI醬料，夏威夷式沙西米還有熱帶水果的參與，滋味更是驚為天人，不過最道地的吃法，仍屬查莫洛人最愛的檸檬洋蔥，然而，這樣的重口味卻讓城城的顏面神經瀕臨失控狀態。究竟，漁店老闆還獻出哪些好料，讓城城與廚餘處裡小組搶著分食呢？大家敬請期待嚕…。
★ 秀廚藝？ 廚房裡的解剖課…
所謂四海之內皆兄弟，關島人的熱情果真讓城城難以招架，貼心的導遊KEVIN找了查莫洛主廚來幫城城挑選海鮮，爲美食大三通團隊準備一桌海鮮料理。然而，一行人到了餐廳後，大廚竟然要城城在吃之前，和他一同〝解剖〞從漁店買回來的頂級海味！大廚完全不手軟的俐落刀法，嚇得城城連刀都拿不穩了…。是什麼樣的海鮮料理方式，讓大廚堅持要城城一同參與？又是用什麼樣的特別〝器皿〞，把上選的紅鯛魚，蒸烤出酸酸甜甜又鮮美飽滿的滋味呢？一同拭目以待嘍…。
★ 夜市攤裡 傳統點心個個古怪！？
在關島逛夜市，食物的模樣是一回事，吃起來卻又是另一回事…！？明明是春捲，外頭兒卻擦上像糖葫蘆一樣地糖蜜，裡頭包的不是肉餡，但一口咬下，卻也是我們熟悉的一股味兒！？一攤攤的點心，長相面熟，滋味卻是出乎意料之外，吃得城城滿臉霧煞煞…。
