這一次的關島美食行,城城要從關島最老的城市─亞加納(Agana)出發,
前往關島最大的漁獲專賣店,大玩試吃遊戲,
還在夜市攤裡,嚐遍島國人民稀奇古怪的傳統點心。
不過,在一位查莫洛大廚的指導下,
城城親自動刀〝解剖〞他最愛的海鮮食材,
為美食料理獻上最讓人頭皮發麻的精采演出!
★ 關島人吃沙西米 搞出啥花樣?
起個一大早,城城來到關島人採買海鮮的機要重地─Fishermen漁獲店,在這裡,老闆Michael推薦來自各地的沙西米吃法,除了傳統的日式WASABI醬料,夏威夷式沙西米還有熱帶水果的參與,滋味更是驚為天人,不過最道地的吃法,仍屬查莫洛人最愛的檸檬洋蔥,然而,這樣的重口味卻讓城城的顏面神經瀕臨失控狀態。究竟,漁店老闆還獻出哪些好料,讓城城與廚餘處裡小組搶著分食呢?大家敬請期待嚕…。
★ 秀廚藝? 廚房裡的解剖課…
所謂四海之內皆兄弟,關島人的熱情果真讓城城難以招架,貼心的導遊KEVIN找了查莫洛主廚來幫城城挑選海鮮,爲美食大三通團隊準備一桌海鮮料理。然而,一行人到了餐廳後,大廚竟然要城城在吃之前,和他一同〝解剖〞從漁店買回來的頂級海味!大廚完全不手軟的俐落刀法,嚇得城城連刀都拿不穩了…。是什麼樣的海鮮料理方式,讓大廚堅持要城城一同參與?又是用什麼樣的特別〝器皿〞,把上選的紅鯛魚,蒸烤出酸酸甜甜又鮮美飽滿的滋味呢?一同拭目以待嘍…。
★ 夜市攤裡 傳統點心個個古怪!?
在關島逛夜市,食物的模樣是一回事,吃起來卻又是另一回事…!?明明是春捲,外頭兒卻擦上像糖葫蘆一樣地糖蜜,裡頭包的不是肉餡,但一口咬下,卻也是我們熟悉的一股味兒!?一攤攤的點心,長相面熟,滋味卻是出乎意料之外,吃得城城滿臉霧煞煞…。
