這一次的節目裡，詹姆士跟喬喬要繼續在法國的阿爾薩斯省找美食喔。

 

在這集的行程裡，五花八門、款式多變的阿爾薩斯香腸肉舖，

 

就是詹姆士跟喬喬的第一站。

 

在肉舖裡認真當學徒之後，兩個人就要換上正式服裝，

 

到葡萄園品酒野餐嚕~！

 

 

 

 

 

 

＊　養成香腸風味‧關卡重重

 

在香腸肉舖裡，詹姆士要挑戰快手快腳的剁肉功夫，卻被老闆含蓄責備，還拿出一套香腸舖員工們專用的金鐘罩、鐵布衫，給詹姆士當防衛！而喬喬也將嘗試一抓一握都要準確到位的灌香腸撇步。。。不過，老闆說，在製作阿爾薩斯香腸的道道機關裡，有些機器跟動作因為太危險，一定要專業師傅才能操作…。

 

 

 

 

 

＊　野餐品酒會‧濃濃人情品不盡‧吃不完

 

原本只是一場簡單的品酒會，但是，熱情的酒莊主人，一聽到要介紹給台灣朋友阿爾薩斯的美食美酒之後，立即邀請他們的主廚好友，幫大夥兒準備食物，讓一場品酒會，頓時變成了熱鬧騰騰、人情滿滿的葡萄園野餐宴！

酒莊主人的好友大廚，為了歡迎詹姆士、喬喬，還有整個美食特蒐小組的到來，精心設計了一套東西融合的創意點心，讓詹姆士跟喬喬邊吃邊讚嘆！亞洲外表下的精緻料理，內餡裡藏了許多經典的阿爾薩斯風味菜喔，這套亞洲外表‧法國內餡的創意點心，讓同為創意料理達人的詹姆士五體佩服呢！
