說到令人羨慕的「美食節目主持人」這個工作,
其實暗藏著大家意想不到的職業傷害!!!
像我們的老詹,
總是在苦惱鏡頭快裝不下他的問題…
(((明明是自己愛吃,還怪到職業傷害上…)))
至於一向吃不胖的喬喬,
卻因為好奇心太重和愛幫倒忙,
常把自己跟廚餘小組弄得人仰馬翻…
而這次湖南外景,她的舉動更是把大家給
嚇死了!!!!
來到百年麵館,
吸引詹姆士的,除了麵,當然還是麵!
但是對喬喬來說卻不一樣,
當她聽到這裡有位服務員一次可以端18碗麵時,
眼睛都亮了!
(((喬喬眼睛發亮的時候,通常就是災難的開始…)))
是的,她想挑戰端麵,而且還是想挑戰一次端6碗麵!!!
對不起~
結局是慘烈的,老闆臉是鐵青的,企劃頭是抬不起來的…
喬喬這一摔…不只是打翻六碗麵的問題,
導演擔心的,是我們會不會被轟出門~~~~~~

The male host 詹姆士 is one annoying prick. No only is he greedy and eats like he has not eaten for a month, he is very petty in his conversations and mannerisms with guests and his co-host on the show.
At the homes of guests, he has extremely poor table manners and comes as barbaric at best. In one episode, he basically took a whole plate of food which is meant to be shared and puts them all onto his own plate. How rude!
In another episode, he swallowed the scallops in one full mouth and didn’t even bothered to appreciate the delicacy and describe the taste to the audience.
And when it comes to exotic food, he doesn’t even want to try. What kind of food programme host is he?
His conversations always seem to be talking down on others, as if he knows it all.
I urge you to remove him as a host in future food programs.

版主, this program is by far the best if i were to compare with your rival –> 食尚玩家 or any other chinese food program produced in HK, Singapore and Malaysia。their hosts are so lack of food knowledge and the way they describe the food is always the same unlike 老残 i mean 老詹 where he takes the description to another level.
Your style is good a lil’ bit at the light side which is appreciated.

jeshobeam forest, how shallow are you. this program is meant for chinese speaking audiences. why are you so harsh criticizing her english? if you wanna watch a full-on english food program skip this and watch Anthony Bourdain, Bobby chin or Andrew’s program.
When you have 2 hosts for the program it’s called ying and yang. one that has knowledge in food and the other one will look at food from an ordinary foody’s angle. of course coupled with her lack of cooking skill and knowledge it allows James and the producer to create a funny scene, or poke fun at her.
your lack of TV production understanding is unbelievable. this is by far the best chinese food program that’s been produced so far and if you don’t like it skip it.
Why is 美食大三通 hired her to be the host? She can’t cook. She can’t speak English. She really doesn’t know anything, other than creating disasters.
喬喬 is so dumb!!!! I am serious. Is it really necessary to have this dumb bimbo in the show?
Seriously!!! Is there really anything she is good at doing? I am sick and tired of seeing her making stupid mistakes throughout the show all the time.
I am starting to think that 美食大三通 is having her to make mistakes on purpose, as a theme. This theme is getting old. Can 美食大三通 come up with a better theme? Maybe a theme that would be more intelligent and intellectually stimulating.
• So annoying!! I knew from the very beginning that she’d drop all those noodles! I bet she knew too so why bother trying?! It’s neither funny nor interesting! It’s just darn irritating when she has ruined so much food in previous episodes already! People are starving in third world countries and she goes and wastes all that precious food! Even if this is a food related show doesn’t mean she has to try the technical/manual stuff out too. Introducing and showing the many types of dishes around the world is more than enough and the main reason why the show exists so why is she trying to do the non-essential stuff like carrying the food items especially when it’s so much too? She should stick to just eating and describing the food!! Ridiculous and unjustified!!

其實喬喬為節目的付出,我想有看節目的朋友應該都看得出來,
雖然有時候傻呼呼的,但是她的努力,正是她可愛的地方啊。
這次的意外,
我們的原意只是想讓大家體會,能吃到一碗好吃的麵,
是經過這麼多人的努力…甚至是一個大家不曾注意的端麵服務員…。
對於食物,廚餘團隊真的深感抱歉,
關心喬喬的朋友們,幸好她沒有被燙傷,以後我們會更加小心。

刚看到乔乔端那六碗面的镜头,我都被吓到了,先不管那六碗面有多重,单看亮得发光的厨房地板,喔~~太危险了!乔乔,要注意安全!
很喜歡的一期節目,自從一年前在youtube上面看了一期美食大三同之後就停不下來了。在這期之前還總想為甚麼美食大三同怎麼都沒有去過湖南呢?作為在外遊學5年之久又不常回家的湖南長沙人,這一期節目真是看得我淚流滿面 非常想家。
其外讓我有點點以外的是,居然廚藝小組去長沙的第一站會是去楊裕興吃麵欸…..因為每個出門在外的湖南人想念的最多一般都不是麵而是很據有湖南特色的米粉,希望下個星期可以看得到詹姆士和乔乔enjoy湖南米粉的畫面

美食大三通這麼好的優質節目,怎麼會讓這麼不成熟的喬大姊擔任主持人呢? 我不懂!難道要收視率節節敗退才要回頭檢討? 總之,不要再讓傻妹當主持人啦! 觀眾看了都很累呀!
大家不要那么苛责乔乔或节目组。我想乔乔也只是没有想到面会那么重那么难抬。我个人觉得这期节目很好看。湖南的辣真是厉害。以前上学过年回家乘火车的时候,经过湖南的车站,会看到湖南人推着满车红红的小吃在车站卖,其颜色之统一辣椒之多,简直让人咂舌。至于剁椒鱼头之类的湖南家常菜就更不用说了。可惜第二个百年老店倒了,观众没有眼福。要维持一个百年老店真是不容易。谢谢美食大三通的分享!
乔乔加油啊!虽然还是经常会范低级错误,但是要承认比以前好得多了,欣赏老詹的好耐性,换了是我会经常崩溃的咧
哈哈 乔乔 这样的体力活应该交给老詹嘛。。还有吃不了辣就叫微辣嘛 唉悲剧
正所谓行行皆有难,旁人看到的总归是梦里折花各不同,我们学厨的天天就在那个火热的厨房累得半死,刚刚做学徒的时候整天翻20斤的沙子,切菜经常切到手,哪有那么容易换来好手艺啊,都是每道菜都是厨子的心血,而且食材都是有生命的,厨子不单单是要做出好菜,更要尊重为菜付出生命的食材,所以各行各业都皆有自己的难!乔乔以后要注意安全哦,希望这种打翻面的事情不要再发生。
如果有觀眾真的以為我們把煮好的麵故意灑在地上,那就實在太瞧不起我們做節目的專業了!我們在此只能告訴大家,看節目開心一點,這是個美食秀,至於該謹守的本分,我們絕對不會放鬆的。還是很感謝您的激動,相信留言指正的朋友,都是愛惜食物的人。
根本就是亂來 浪費食物! 在這世界上有很多人都沒東西吃 貴節目卻這樣浪費食物 真是要不得 至少也在碗裡放白開水 或是其他東西讓喬喬來練習 幹嘛放了煮好的麵 太冒險了 又太浪費了吧
可以建議喬喬以後只要到廚房裡參觀就好嗎
從之前的甩麵或是削刀削麵到這一次的端麵
每一次看他在廚房裡”幫忙”沒有一次成功
這一次還糟蹋了六碗麵 節目效果也不是這樣子製造的吧
人家師傅都是經過好幾年的功夫才訓練出一手好功夫
至於詹姆士畢竟是廚師所以還有一點基本功
但喬喬完全沒有底子就想嘗試這些工作
讓我們觀眾看了也跟著替那些餐廳的工作人員捏一把冷汗
喬喬還是那麼調皮啊~哈哈~期待哦
