湯頭是屬於熬煮的清湯麵上加了些許肉燥，
香氣濃郁，配上當天現做的蝦丸、肉丸、炸捲，

6.吳敦厚燈舖
遵尋古法製做，現今已歷有70年歷史，
作品精美細緻，被譽為民俗「文化國寶」。
並獲政府首長訂製贈送國際友邦首長和政要，

吳敦厚老師傅年輕時耳膜受傷，溝通多用紙筆交談
其子吳怡德先生也是一位專業的藝師。

7.合和行玩具店
位於老街的玩具店，
店內有許多創意的童玩─敲敲樂、打彈珠等趣味遊戲，
