   Petang itu aku ke bilik bacaan, ingin memdapatkan sedikit maklumat berkaitan dengan tugasanku untuk tahun terakhirku disini. Suasana dalam bilik bacaan agak lenggang. Beberapa helaian kertas ku belek. Beberapa minit kemudian, aku mengalihkan pandangan ke pintu utama. Melihat ke arah beberapa pelajar yang masuk ke bilik bacaan. Tiba-tiba pandanganku tertumpu kepada seseorang. Kuamati beberapa ketika pelajar itu. Ya! Dia yang bertudung hijau lembut itu adalah gadis yang kujumpa semalam. Hatiku melonjak kegirangan. Entah kenapa? Sesaat aku mengatur langkah untuk mengajaknya duduk semeja denganku. Dia bersetuju dengan pelawaanku.
