其中有一個島-卡兒哈甘被封為”最適合人類居住”島主竟然還是位日本人喔!

放空自己 擁抱大海 一起航向菲律賓島嶼樂活遊!

一九八七年，一位五十二歲的日本歐吉桑─崎山克彥，

向工作了三十年的職場說再見，用了全部退休金─一千萬日幣，

買了一座島—卡兒哈甘。這是一座珊瑚礁小島，位於太平洋上，

菲律賓宿霧東南方約十五公里，面積約一萬五千坪，

大小約如東京巨蛋體育館(也有台灣旅客說，約兩個中正紀念堂大)，

漫步環島一圈，兩個小時綽綽有餘。

接下來的24年，崎山先生引進太陽能發電、儲水設施；

保留原住民的生活型態，發展手工藝與友善的觀光銷售制度；

建立民宿，培養當地旅遊營運人才；

這些觀光收入都拿來成立NGO組織，幫助島民獲得更好的醫療與教育。

目前他帶領的「卡兒哈甘熱帶珊瑚礁保護區」，即將復育成功開放收費，

收入將作為生態維護與教育醫療基金。

 七十五歲的崎山克彥先生正在準備放手，讓受過培育的島民獨立營運。

近幾年崎山克彥先生也和菲律賓大學合作，

在小島周圍一塊海域復育珊瑚，希望能在2011年對外開放潛水，

讓更多人學習保育海洋生態環境，並且認識卡島的美。

2010年崎山先生曾經對外徵求卡兒哈甘島保育員，

只要年滿18歲以上，熱愛大自然、重視環保樂活，

撰寫一份為期3個月的保育員工作內容，就有機會免費在卡島生活、住宿，

崎山說，「只要企畫構想好、可回饋卡島居民，停留時間還可延長。」

在二○一一年的六月即將開放「卡兒哈甘熱帶珊瑚礁保護區」，

歡迎到這個海域裡潛水。也可以跟島民一起到退潮的海濱尋寶，

體驗一望無際退潮的海濱，有著許多讓你驚奇的生物，

例如海膽、海星、沙蟲等，更有許許多多美味的海鮮等你來採集。

就是悠閒自在地融入大自然裡，隨著時光流逝，治癒你的身心靈。

在「樹屋」前陽台上躺著、在屋子前的沙灘上坐著，讓清風撫吻你的肌膚，

躺在樹上的吊床，望著湛藍色的海洋、美麗的雲層、仰望著天空，

整個人沉浸在大自然中、跟海 跟風成為一體，忘卻時間

更真實的面對自我、找到自我。
