橫跨七國的阿爾卑斯山，是歐洲人心目中的聖山。純淨的雪水滋養出最有機的土地，阿爾卑斯山人從以前到現在，懂得生活意義，樂當現代牧民。
4807公尺的白朗峰，是阿爾卑斯山系的最高峰，位在法國和義大利的交界處，吸引無數人想一親芳澤，今年剛滿一百年的登山纜車，讓大家不用費力爬山，就可以看見白朗峰的壯麗，阿爾卑斯山頭的美麗。

阿爾卑斯山腳下有許多純淨潔白的小鎮，除了白朗峰纜車的登山入口熱鬧小鎮：霞慕尼外，鄰近的梅傑夫小鎮就顯得安靜而內斂，不僅是尋求清靜的名流避暑之地，還是全世界第一條滑雪褲的發明地。60年代的法國人就懂得把笨重的雪褲做的時尚，直到今日，全法僅此一家、堅持手工縫製的復古雪褲，仍在梅傑夫販賣著。
復古風不只雪褲先生，世代養馬的馬車先生把家裏的七匹馬，改成了載客馬車，載旅人奔馳鄉野山間，體驗阿爾卑斯山的純靜。此外併棄暖爐、還堅持砍柴燒木頭取暖，回歸自然！小豫兒學過阿爾卑斯山人生活第一步：幫忙劈材！無奈斧頭深陷材裏，拔也拔不出來！
乳酪先生有個大肚子，用吃阿爾卑斯山最鮮美牧草的牛，做出會滴下來的Reblochon乳酪，好吃到貓咪也來搶，小豫兒奮力舉重達七公斤的大牛鈴也要吃上一塊。還有阿爾卑斯山的私房菜：Raclette熱溶起司，寒冷的山上，如微笑弧度的半圓形起司，加熱後刮下殼裏滾燙黏滑的香乳酪，再配上歐洲原生小馬鈴薯，讓阿爾卑斯山的夜晚溫暖又滿足。

在看到當纜車穿越那分不清的雲層或白雪時，真令人覺得很漂亮，
在看到寧靜祥和且美麗的小鎮，有種令人想在那體驗並放鬆的感覺，
真的很酷，真心支持這種節目。
