薄酒萊薄酒萊 一個鹹魚翻身的故事

打開一瓶紅酒軟木塞 就像翻開一本書

 

穿梭通道交錯的里昂 與古羅馬絲綢商人擦身而過

 

 

每年十一月的第三個禮拜四，是全球薄酒萊新酒上市的日子！不管你愛不愛喝酒，與朋友歡聚薄酒萊一下，成了最時髦的事！不過你知道薄酒萊新酒的葡萄，原本是沒人愛的爛葡萄嗎？大家聚在一起喝薄酒萊的風氣，是從南法最大城市里昂的小酒館流行出來的嗎？

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 里昂，在法國是僅次於巴黎的第二大城，古羅馬時期遺留下來的美麗建築，運送絲綢成立的通道，洞洞相連別有洞天，讓里昂全城被聯合國列入世界文化遺產。里昂不只美麗而已，它有法國美食廚房之稱，廚師多菜色多酒館多，讓上百家的小酒館成為全法知名的特色！

 

 

小豫兒和那麼大工作人員受邀到米其林餐廳吃晚飯，要穿著正式服裝是對主廚的一種尊重。平時外景工作隨性慣了的我們，難得人模人樣出現！自己都快笑翻了！

 

  

里昂市集上處處看得見自產自銷的小農，從他們身上看見法國人對食材與食物的喜悅與尊敬，葡萄農阿伯自己的莊園生產的紅酒，充滿了專注與香醇的人味；花阿媽用歌聲灌溉鮮花，傳遞給每個人愛的喜悅！ 

                              

 薄酒萊區的酒，用的是加美葡萄品種，比較不耐放的種就去做成新酒，最好半年內喝完，就是全球瘋迷的歡慶酒。而法國人自己卻比較偏好老根的薄酒萊酒，就是用比較好可以久放的種做成的，法國人認為酒越陳越香，堅持薄酒萊老根酒才是王道。
